Since we recruit for specific backgrounds and niche industry experience, we know there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach for getting the right respondent.
We engage respondents on the platforms they already hang out on. We may approach and interact with them on social media sites, SaaS tools, or online forums. To name a few examples, we often reach respondents via Slack, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Discord, and Stack Overflow.
Bottom line: our approach to recruiting is targeted, specific, and personalized.
