Find Where AI Redesigns your Work, in weeks.
A fixed-fee, few-week engagement that shows you exactly where AI can change how your team works, and hands you a plan to run. The fastest way to start.
What is an AI Strategy Sprint?
An AI Strategy Sprint is a focused diagnostic and roadmap. We study how the work happens now, find where AI can redesign it for real gain, and give you a prioritized, sequenced plan your team can execute. No fifty-slide abstractions. A plan that names the job changes, the workflow updates, and the order you in which you should execute.
It is the same diagnostic rigor behind two decades of our market research, turned inward on how your team works.
What You Get from an AI Strategy Sprint
- A map of where AI can redesign the work, ranked by payoff
- A clear sequence: what to change first, next, and later
- The skills and systems each change will need
- A go or no-go basis for any deeper work
How it Works
- Scope: Weeks, not Months, or Years
- Fees: Fixed.
- What You Provide: Access to members of your team so we can understand how work is being done today, so we can suggest how it can evolve in an AI centric world.
- Governance and Risk Management: The plan we takes full account of the risks you need to consider in an AI centric world.
- Output: A clear plan that gives you a market advantage in how quickly and safely you are adopting AI today.
Why a Sprint First?
- Low Investment and Risk: You can get a baseline and a plan for next steps without needing to learn all the risks and rewards yourself.
- Champion and Pilot Identification: Identify future AI leaders in your team and the right pilot initiatives to drive forward.
- Go Beyond the General: Don’t try to divine what to do next with your organization based on general industry reports and trend maps. Learn exactly how you should move forward, not the market in general.
- Vendor Strategy and Evaluation: Get expert guidance on selecting and working with AI vendors, from niche tools, to leading models so you can maximize the AI investments you are making today.
What Makes Us Different
Research-Led AI Strategy
Our work is backed by several years of research into understanding how real world organizations adopt AI in meaningful ways. We understand not just the tech behind Ai, but how real organizations actually adopt it, resist it, and scale the use of AI.
What This Means for You:
You get a plan grounded in evidence, not guesswork or hype.
Built for B2B and Complex Workflows
We focus exclusively on B2B organizations, where buying cycles are complex, workflows are cross-functional, and the stakes are high. We understand the realities of coordinating across product, marketing, IT, ops, sales, and finance. Agentic AI in B2B contexts requires particular care. Autonomous systems operating across sales, finance, and operations carry risks that consumer-facing deployments simply don’t.
What This Means for You:
Your plan for AI is tailored to B2B realities, not repurposed from consumer or generic playbooks.
Integrated with Training, Change Management, and Market Insight
We do more than set forth a plan. We connect your AI vision to practical enablement: team training, change management, Fractional AI Officer support, and ongoing market insight. You don’t need one firm for research, another for training, and another for transformation when you are trying to figure out what’s “next” with AI for your org. That includes preparing your teams not just for the AI tools they’re using today, but for the agentic systems that are increasingly entering the enterprise.
What This Means for You:
You get a unified approach from insight to execution, so initiatives reinforce each other instead of fragmenting.
Guided by Fluid Intelligence®
Our proprietary Fluid Intelligence® model is a human-centered approach to AI direction. It was built for exactly this moment, when AI is no longer just responding to humans but acting on their behalf. Fluid Intelligence®® ensures that human judgment stays at the center of agentic AI deployments, not as an afterthought but as a design principle.
What This Means for You:
Your people stay in control. AI becomes a capability you direct, not a force that dictates how you work.

Master the Art of AI Collaboration
Most teams treat AI like a search engine, and get generic results. This guide previews some of the frameworks we teach in our mentoring sessions.

About Cascade Insights® CEO

Rooted in Teaching. Proven in Practice.
Sean Campbell, Cascade Insights®®’ co-founder and CEO, has been passionate about education for as long as he has been in technology. He has taught at Purdue University, Willamette University’s MBA program, and currently at George Fox University’s College of Business, where he serves as the Director of AI Integration for the MBA program and teaches courses on Human Value in the AI Era, an AI consulting course, and a graduate course in which each student builds a venture powered by one person and AI. He is also helping shape the faculty mentoring and curriculum work building AI integration across the undergraduate and graduate business programs, driven by a belief that the next generation of business leaders needs to understand these tools before they hit the workforce, not after.
That teaching background is central to how we approach AI leadership, consulting, and training at Cascade Insights®. It’s not a side credential. It’s core to the method.
At Cascade Insights®®, the research and advisory firm Sean co-founded in 2006, the work has always sat at the intersection of business strategy, technology adoption, and training. From training technical teams early in his career, to helping shape the roadmap of leading technology solutions through research, to educating leaders at Fortune 500 companies on business strategy and tech adoption. Over the past several years, that focus has sharpened around AI, both at Cascade Insights®® where teams use it to transform how research and advisory work gets done, and in the classroom where every semester brings new insight about how people learn to work with these tools, what trips them up, and what actually sticks.
The insights, training, and consulting we deliver is not built from blog posts and vendor demos. It is grounded in how the AI landscape is actually changing (informed by our ongoing research), how organizations are really adopting AI (informed by the hundreds of interviews we conduct every year), and what works when you are sitting across from someone who needs to make this practical for their job. That combination of research, teaching, and hands-on advisory work is what makes our approach different.
Sean has also authored technology books published by Microsoft Press and Intel Press, delivered more than 150 conference sessions and workshops, and appeared on more than 100 podcasts covering technology, business strategy, and market research.
