AI keeps changing what is possible. Your work should change with it.
Your people are already experimenting with AI. They are writing, researching, analyzing, planning, selling, and making decisions with AI. But individual productivity does not automatically become better organizational performance.
We use research to understand how the work gets done today, identify where AI is creating meaningful leverage, and redesign the workflows around what is now possible.
Then we work alongside your people as they put those changes into practice. And as AI evolves, we bring back the changes significant enough to ask the question again:
Does this change how we should do the work?
You Bring the Work. We Bring the Frontier.
Your employees shouldn’t have to spend their days keeping up with every new model, agent, feature, and AI announcement.
We do.
Our job is to distinguish the noise from the step changes that materially change what your people can do. Then we put those capabilities against real work.
- Can something that took three hours now take twenty minutes?
- Can a task that required specialized expertise now be started by someone else?
- Can AI handle enough execution that the person’s role should move toward judgment, direction, relationships, or decision-making?
- Does a faster task break the workflow around it?
Those are not inherently training questions. They are work design questions.
Start With the Work
We do not begin with an AI roadmap. We begin with a quick and focused research loop where we engage with your employees.
We talk with the people doing and leading the work. We look at where AI is already being used, where it is producing meaningful gains, where those gains are getting trapped, and where new capabilities could make existing steps unnecessary.
That gives us something much more useful than a list of AI use cases. It shows us what needs to change.
Sometimes AI should absorb more of a task. Sometimes the employee should move toward direction, judgment, relationships, or decision-making. Sometimes a five-step workflow should become a three-step workflow. And sometimes the right answer is to stop doing something altogether.
Those are work design decisions, not tool decisions.
Then It’s Time to Work on the Work
Knowing what should change is not enough. Your people have to experience the new way of working themselves.
So we work alongside them on live work: the proposal due Friday, the customer analysis underway this week, the sales territory being planned, the campaign being built, the research being synthesized, or the process everyone knows consumes too much time.
Your people learn by directing AI through work they already understand. They see where it performs well, recognize where their own judgment matters, and start changing the workflow around what they discover.
The result is not simply greater AI fluency, or a certificate that someone completed an online training course. It is better work. Better for the employee and better for the organization.
Three Ways to Change the Work
AI Work Redesign Sprint
An engagement that finds where AI is already creating value, helps you decide what to scale, and leads to evolved work.
AI Work Labs
Your people bring the work sitting in front of them. We work on it together, helping them use current AI capabilities, develop stronger judgment, and redesign how the work gets done.
Executive AI Cohort
We help leaders stay close enough to the frontier to recognize the developments that matter and decide what they mean for roles, workflows, priorities, and the work that should remain human.
