The Business Problem
What would you do if you were an organization who was providing enabling technologies to support AI initiatives? And you came to realize that your competitive landscape was growing at a phenomenal rate, such that you no longer had a really clear understanding of where you ranked in that complex landscape. Well, this is exactly the problem a client came to us with recently. And instead of just guessing as to where they stood, they chose to Act With Clarity™.
The Solution
And once they did that, they asked us to conduct a series of 40 in-depth interviews with key target personas, including data scientists and data engineers and senior software architects. And over the course of these interviews, we dug deep on the pain points these individuals were experiencing. We looked at how competitors were positioning and pricing themselves. And we specifically looked at which competitors were resonating the most with these key target personas. And ultimately, we were able to give our client that clear sense of where they stood and give them recommendations as to how they could compete more effectively.
